Course access is provided for the purchasing learner under the conditions shown at enrollment. Lessons, recipes, videos, worksheets, and written materials are for personal learning unless a separate written permission says otherwise.
4. Payments and demonstrations
Catalog prices are displayed in United States dollars unless stated otherwise. The current cart interface is a demonstration and does not process payment or create a real order without a separate supported checkout.
5. Community conduct
Communicate respectfully, do not impersonate others, distribute harmful content, scrape protected materials, disrupt the service, or use community spaces to promote misleading claims.
6. Intellectual property
Cobalt Crumb Collective and its licensors retain rights in the brand, site design, course materials, and original content. You may not copy, resell, publicly redistribute, or create a competing course from protected materials.
7. Educational disclaimer
Bakery instruction is educational. Results vary with ingredients, equipment, environment, and practice. Follow equipment instructions and ordinary kitchen safety guidance. We do not guarantee a particular baking or business outcome.
8. Changes and termination
We may revise features or terms, publish an updated effective date, suspend misuse, or discontinue access where reasonably necessary. Provisions concerning ownership, conduct, and limitations survive termination.
